Plans for the Estate Are Coming Together
The construction of Aston Martin’s private residence is set to start in 2021. It’s the first private residence to be designed by S3 Architecture and in close consultation with Aston Martin, one of the world’s finest luxury motor companies. The house is considered to be a perfect fit for James Bond as it’s located in Hudson Valley in New York — Rhinebeck, to be exact.
The estate is going for $7.7 million and has a 2,000-foot long driveway. The property sits on the Sylvan Rock ledge, which is where its name comes from.
The Exquisite Craftsmanship of Aston Martin
The designs for the property have been made with the meticulous craftsmanship of none other than Aston Martin. The entrance leads you into a below-ground lair and wine cellar, which is exquisitely designed. It’s considered to be the height of luxury in every way.
The property also has a treehouse that comes with it, along with guest pods, if the main house isn’t your cup of tea. Overall, in the main residence, there are four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. While it seems like the house comes with everything, it doesn’t come with its own Aston Martin, even though there’s plenty of room for one in the three-car garage.
The rest of the house has a combination of refined blended wood, leather, and some metal elements, which create a modern atmosphere perfect for a man. One would say that James Bond would approve of this house.
