Recently, Britney Spears announced that her long-time boyfriend Sam Asghari had proposed to her, and the couple is now engaged. Sam and Britney have been together since they met on the set of one of her music videos in 2016.
Sam Asghari Apparently Has a Great Sense of Humor

Following Spears’ announcement of her engagement with Sam Asghari, actress Octavia Spencer left a comment on Britney’s Instagram page, suggesting that the singer should make him sign a prenup. Rather than taking offense, Sam reassured Spencer that a prenup was 100 percent guaranteed. He assured everyone that a prenuptial agreement would be arranged and thanked everyone concerned about it. He then added jokingly that they are getting an iron-clad prenup in order to protect his Jeep and shoe collection in case Britney dumps him one day.
Sam Asghari Goes to His Sisters When He Needs Advice
In an interview, Sam Asghari said that when he needed an honest opinion, he would go to his sisters, who taught him a lot about women. He also pointed out how his relationship with them taught him much about respecting women. As for his hobbies, Sam is apparently still focused on fitness, nutrition, and coaching. In fact, the former personal trainer now has an online business that offers fitness coaching and nutrition products.

In many ways, Asghari and Spears have a shared commitment to athleticism. During an interview, he pointed out that she is a crazy athlete. He shared how they often play tennis and ping-pong together, praising her skills on the table but pointing out that the competition between them is real.
Asghari was already acting like a good husband even before his proposal. He once stated that all he wanted for her was to be happy and declared that he would agree to do anything that made her so. Apparently, Sam shares the belief that a happy wife leads to a happy life. As for the accusations that he was using Britney for exposure, he dismissed them with the remark that fame is not a job, and he does not wish to take it too seriously. According to him, no fame in the world is worth messing with his happiness or spirit.
40+ Funny Photos That Everyone Needs to See Before Having Kids

No matter how much you study or get advice from other parents, becoming a parent can be a really raucous adventure. Plus, you’ll soon realize that books and people can only teach you so much… Sometimes parenting will be fun and funny, sometimes it will be difficult, and other times you will wonder what the heck you got yourself into. Check out the list below as a precautionary measure… Kidding not kidding!
Peek-a-Boo
When kids are young, they like to explore and experiment and put just about anything they can find in strange places. Sometimes this is in their mouth, in their food, and apparently, sometimes, it’s in the toilet.

This mother must have been going crazy trying to find her phone for hours. Eventually, though she found it, and like every good detective, which as a parent you will get to be, she scrolled through her pictures to find the culprit. What a cute criminal!
Stripping Down
There are a lot of milestones that you mark in life when it comes to raising children. One of those is when they go from wearing diapers to being able to use the bathroom on their own.

But when they do learn how to go to the bathroom, you may wind up having awkward conversations with them, as this gentleman had with his son here. After all, who doesn’t strip down to use the restroom?!
Look Out
Over the last year and a bit, we’ve all had to adjust our lives, and that includes our work lives. Many of us have begun to work from home, and that meant tons of zoom calls. But when you’re a parent, you have to keep one eye on the prize and one eye on the kid.

For a teacher with a small child, that has to be challenging, and if you’re going to be a parent that works from home, you may need to pay closer attention. Otherwise, you may wind up with a child who doesn’t know how to stop and continually runs into walls.
Smell You Later
Many parents have to work to make ends meet, and that means leaving their children at daycare. When this is the case, and the children are small, many daycares offer a diaper schedule.

This schedule is so that you can keep track of bowel movements for health reasons. However, it can also be a source of amusement! Just look at the last entry and be prepared because this is going to be something you may have to deal with. Best of luck!
Color Me Not Surprised
Leaving children to their own devices at any age when there are siblings involved is a dangerous proposition. As a parent, you never know what you are going to be walking into when you return to your home.

One thing is for sure though, there’s never a dull moment, and there will be plenty of times where you want to laugh and cry all at the same time. Plus, it must have been a real pain trying to wash this purple paint off.
You Got Something on Your Face
When kids get bored, they get creative. That’s why it’s always best to have a partner so that you can sleep in shifts as a form of protection from that bored child. Unfortunately, not all of us have that ability.

This dad just needed a little shuteye, and in that short 20-minute catnap, his daughter decided she wanted to be Picasso. We bet no one ever told you that you had to look out for vandalism when dealing with small children. You’re welcome, for the tip!
I’ll Get Him
School has changed a lot nowadays. Most kids have begun taking classes from home, which brought a whole world of other issues that parents have had to deal with.

That includes having to be cautious of what you wear and what you say, as this may make an appearance in one of their zoom classes. It also means you probably should lock the doors when you’re taking a shower, as this father learned.
What Happened Here?
Kids get into everything, and every one of them will have a different method of handling the situation. You will have a crier that knows that if they cry enough, mom and dad will forgive them for making a mess.

If you’re truly lucky, you’ll have the one that wants to explain. These are the ones you’ll have to watch as they grow because they are the ones that will try to get away with anything. We mean, look at that face, don’t you want to hear the explanation?
One Question
Kid’s inquisitiveness doesn’t stop, and that does mean sometimes waking up to 1000 different questions. Of course, if you wake up in the middle of the night with your child staring at you, that might be a little frightening, but it’s OK, they just have a question.

When this happens, you have to decide if you want to get up or turn over and tell them that you’ll talk about it in the morning. Just know that waiting until the morning may mean that you have a little child staring at you for the rest of the night.
Proud Parent
You work hard to raise your children in a way that reflects (hopefully) the good parts of you. So if you’re someone who loves Halloween and scaring the crap out of people, then chances are you are teaching your child how to do that.

So when they actually go above and beyond and scare you, it’s a moment of pride. That is, of course, after you have calmed down and stopped screaming.
Are You Almost Done?
Patience is a virtue that not many small children have. That is why you see a lot of parents talk about the fact they can’t even go to the bathroom by themselves when the child is small. So taking a shower could be even more challenging.

Of course, maybe having a shower with a see-through door could be helpful, or it could be utterly creepy like pictured here. If you find yourself in a situation similar to this, try to not let your mind jump to those horror movie scenes.
I’m Out!
Sometimes when kids don’t get their way, they will react in protest. This protest can occur in many ways, including stripping down naked and trying to run away. So be warned, you may want to keep a change of clothing with you at all times.

When unhappy with his dad’s decision, this little guy decided he wanted to move out and leave all his clothes at home. He definitely sent a message with his actions. We bet this kid will grow up and become an activist of some sort.
This Works
When it comes to that time of a child’s life where they’re learning how to handle their urges like going to the bathroom, sometimes they don’t quite make it. That may mean that you deal with wet beds, or it might mean they find other places to do their duty.

For this kid, that meant peeing in a humidifier. Why they turned it on, though, is anyone’s guess! Maybe they thought they were flushing? No matter the reason, it definitely made for an interesting day of cleaning for the poor parents.
Learn to Multitask
Becoming a parent often means learning how to do everything with one hand. This is an important thing to know, especially if you are someone who works from home. Just be prepared to learn the art of multitasking.

Things like sitting at your desk and doing your paperwork or running reports will now have to be done while holding on to the child and trying to be as quiet as possible. We wish you luck!
Consequences Be Damned
When you become a parent, you have to set clear boundaries and rules, especially when you work from home. So, having a visual aid can be quite handy to cement these rules in your child’s memory.

But in order for them to work, both parents have to be on board, and clearly, this mom wanted a little downtime. So consequences be damned! LOL! Hope dad is ready for this!
Solving Unique Problems
Having more than one child is challenging in many ways. Not only do you have to keep your eyes on the swivel at all times, but you also need to be keen on hearing. Otherwise, you may spend 20 hours fixing a sticky situation as this mother did.

We are sure that the brother didn’t mean any harm and that he was just trying to give his little sister a new do. But, unfortunately, that led to quite a mess that the mother had to sort out. Get ready to problem solve when you least expect to!
Harsh, but True
Kids love to celebrate a holiday, and one of the best is a birthday. No matter if it’s theirs or relatives, they like to show they care. Often this means getting out the arts and crafts and creating a homemade-with-love-birthday-card.

Even though the card is meant to make you smile, kids also are unfiltered, and that means you may get a message that isn’t quite what you expect. Like this dad who was given a life lesson by his little one. We hope he didn’t end up having a mid-life crisis over this!
It’ll Be Funny
The fun doesn’t stop when they become teenagers either! In fact, as they begin to develop their own personalities, sometimes kids can get even more interesting and adventurous. Not sure if that is fun or terrifying to you, but it’s something you should be prepared for.

Sometimes they’ll think things are funny, like playing dead while parasailing, and you will have to let them know that yes, it is, but it is not right!
Silence Is Not Golden
We’ve all heard the adage “silence is golden”, but that isn’t always the case when dealing with children. In fact, when a child goes radio silent, you should probably wonder what they’re up to, especially if they’re the inquisitive type.

If you aren’t attentive enough (which happens sometimes), then you may wind up with a plant that kind of looks like this. In situations like these, try to look on the bright side ― now the plant looks pretty artsy!
Truth Be Told
If 2020 taught parents anything, it was that teachers need to be more respected and that they have a harder job than most of us assume. It also taught us that sometimes teachers try to be overly polite when it comes to the joy your child brings them in class.

This realization is a good thing, and as kids return to school, parents are probably a whole lot more grateful for those quiet hours without them. As much as they love and adore their little ones, no full-time job (as in parenting) is smooth sailing.
Everyone’s a Critic
Given the odd times that we’ve all recently been through, many parents have stayed home, which meant a change in their work attire. But as the year goes on, many of those parents are returning to work, which means changing back to how they used to dress.

Not only is this startling for the parents, but it can be even more so for the young children. So be warned, you do have a small critic in the house, and they will let you know what they think of your style.
Show and Tell
Every now and then it becomes apparent that you need a little relaxation, and sometimes that equates to an adult beverage. However, with little eyes in the house, this might lead to some interesting conversations and some frightening events.

Maybe they like the smell of your drinks, and so when they are asked to share with the class what smells good to them, something like this happens. We don’t know about you, but we would be mortified! Good luck explaining your way out of this to the teacher.
Oopsy Daisy!
A lot of parents enjoy heading out into the world and having beautiful family photos taken with their kids. This often means matching outfits and cute poses. After all, you only live once, and you have to capture the memories.

Some of the memories, though, you may not want to remember, or if you do, you will definitely not remember them very fondly. This is a perfect example. Well, at least this child looked adorable while in the act of spewing.
Why?
When you have a large family, one of the key ways to make sure that no one kills each other is to have plenty of room. But many families realize that not even this can save them because half of the time, everybody winds up in the same room.

Why this happens, no one knows, but it’s bound to get frustrating for a parent. Just look at this poor dad here. Well, at least he has a cool beard.
Sharing Memories
Social media is becoming a thing at a younger and younger age, and so many schools are trying to teach kids responsible online use. This is a good thing as when they get older, they will be able to handle and understand the ramifications of what they post.

This kid wanted to share a picture of him and his dad in a candid moment, and unfortunately for his dad, that meant everybody knew what he was good at.
It’s Not What You Think
Kids don’t always know what is what, and that could lead to some miscommunications that can be shared while they’re at school. But what this little girl here did seems to be more of a sneaky excuse than just an innocent mistake.

Or did she just get her herbs mixed up? Either way, we bet the poor mother had some explaining to do after this. We really hope the jail comment was fake news though…
Mommy, I’m a Mummy!
Kids love to draw and doodle. This is why so many parents find pieces of art on the walls, on siblings, and on the child themselves. If the child is old enough, they know better, and so when they realize it could lead to trouble, they often try to figure a way out not to get caught.

It’s especially hard to hide when the child decides to draw on their face. So why not make themselves into a mummy? That way no one will recognize him, right? Unfortunately, that wall ruined his master plan.
What Are You Doing!?
You take your eye off the kid for one second, and everything can change! So doing anything like house chores or working can be challenging when trying to wrangle a child and complete your tasks.

This mom learned that very quickly when she turned around to see her child drinking pee. Not the most hygienic but also not the absolute worst thing that could have been in the child’s mouth.
So Romantic
When you’re a kid, your imagination is full of crazy stories. Of course, these stories don’t always make sense, and often they’re super longwinded, but they’re amazing, nonetheless. Teachers try to cultivate that.

But sometimes, those stories get a little weird, and that’s when the teacher has to reach out to the parents. We’re not sure this story is one of those cases. Though it is a little strange!
Make Believe
As a parent, you’re going to spend hours upon hours playing make-believe. This could be really fun, or it could be pretty annoying, depending on your mood that day. After all, some kids take it a little too far and get a little too into role-playing.

This young girl took her culinary arts very seriously and needed her dad to take a small bite of her imaginary sandwich. If we know anything, the best rule of thumb is just to go along with your child, so there are no tantrums thrown.
Trying to Help
Some kids love animals so much that you can tell they want to be a veterinarian or some sort of doctor. This care and kindness that they show is a good thing, although sometimes you might not feel that way.

In fact, sometimes, the way they choose to show this is by creating strange things and trying to help them even if they don’t need help. This may not be what you expected from being a parent, but it is something you should get used to.
No, Means No!
One of the biggest things that many people don’t realize when having kids is that sometimes kids can be very irrational. They want what they want and don’t understand when they can’t get what they want.

Many of these situations can be rectified by explaining to them why what they are after is not possible. But that only works some of the time, and the other times you’ll have to just deal with the screaming child. For these times, we suggest getting yourself a pair of noise-canceling headphones.
I Told You!
Kids don’t always understand how to explain things when something is not going the way they want them to. This often makes for a very funny situation, but that being said, sometimes they get it right the first time.

Take, for instance, this kid who was trying to tell his dad that the bag was broken, and the dad just did not understand. We are sure he got it when he was sweeping up the chips from the floor. Talk about a miscommunication!
Caught ‘White’-Handed
If you ever wonder where your child is off to, they often leave you clues that can help with the search process. For this mother, it was clear that she would be able to track her little treasure by following the handprint trail.

Dealing with a mess in places you wouldn’t expect is another thing you’re most definitely going to deal with as a parent. So, as much as we all like being house-proud, you’ll probably have to lower your standards once you’ve had your little ones.
That’s My Boy!
Kids get creative and sometimes they can create really cool innovations. But, unfortunately, what most parents understand is that their creative genius doesn’t always exhibit this in the correct places. This inventive face mask is just one example.

Sometimes you would never know about these ‘genius’ moments that your kids have if it wasn’t for the teachers at your kid’s school. So try to make friends with them, that way you’ll have all the ammunition to embarrass your kids in the future.
We All Do It
One thing you have to be prepared for as a new parent is the constant questions. There will be a lot of them as the child grows up as they are trying to understand the world and everything in it.

Sometimes those questions can be deep and smart, and other times, they’ll leave you scratching your head. But no matter how silly the question, you have to attempt to answer them to the best of your ability.
Now I Understand
Remember all those times that people tried to tell you how you would be sleep-deprived and on edge when raising a child? Most of the time, you disregarded those, and now you know they were telling you the truth.

There will be frustration, and you will need a lot of patience, but it’s OK ― the force is strong in you, and we’re sure you’ll make it. Just remember the importance of power naps…
It’s Mine!
Torturing your younger sibling is a rite of passage, and some siblings do it better than others. However, when dealing with two little ones, you’re going to have to get used to it and figure out how to minimize the damage.

However, one thing to keep in mind is that they may not know that they are torturing their sibling, or maybe they’re just going to make you think they don’t know… We are sure that this is what’s happening here.
Can I See Your License?
Nothing is off-limits when you’re a young child, you try to get your hands in everything. Children often like to play ‘adult’, and sometimes that means they get into your purses and wallets.

As long as you catch them before anything major has happened, you’re all right, but unfortunately for this mother, she did not. Now she has to explain to the officer why she doesn’t have her license… Just another fun bump on the never-ending ride of being a parent.
Message Received
Even kids can be passive-aggressive. You have to brace yourself for them being angry with you and frustrated just like you are with them. Sometimes they’ll tell you how they feel to your face, and other times the message will be a little more indirect.

For example, you may just be having a shower, and once you reach for a soap bar, you’ll see it etched into it. Try not to take it too personally. After all, kids’ bouts of anger usually are explosive yet very short.
Crying Solo
Kids’ imaginations are a wonderful thing, but sometimes they can buy into their make-believe. This is especially rough if they’re playing a game where they have to pick teams, and like in real life, sometimes they don’t get picked.

This is one of those things that people don’t tell you before you have a child, and that it is really hard to explain facts and rules to them when they’re being so irrational. But they can also be super cute which usually makes up for it!
Deep Thoughts
Everything in the world is open for questioning when you’re a child, and they include things like “How did you know my name?”. The parent could take this as either a very deep philosophical question or one that is very annoying.

Your response to this it’s going to depend on the kind of day you’ve had. So take a deep breath and figure out how you want to answer this without making them feel bad for asking. It’s good to have a curious child!
Out of Context
It’s always fun when kids become inquisitive about the ways of the world. This is when you get to explain things like where babies come from and apparently where poop comes from as well. We hope you have picked up on our sarcasm by now…

It’s also the job of the parent to try to give an educational yet appropriate answer, given the child’s age. When kids ask awkward questions like the one above, we really don’t envy the parent that is required to answer them.
Anatomy Class
We have all seen that show Kids Say the Darndest Things, and there’s a reason why it gives us a good giggle. Kids generally haven’t learned how to filter what they say even in a public environment, and so sometimes they say things you wish they hadn’t.

These two kids are having a very mature conversation about female anatomy and feminine hygiene products. So if you have kids, we’re just warning you that you may experience an embarrassing moment or two, similar to this one.
Winter Wonderland
One thing every person should know before they become a parent is that they’re going to have to repeat themselves regularly. Even for simple things like making sure that their kids have shut the door to the car.

It might be annoying, but it is definitely necessary. Otherwise, you may wind up with an interior to your vehicle that looks a little something like this. That’s not gonna be fun to clean out!
